		<description>Wow. Abbot&#039;s and Seabreeze and Culver Road! I used to live on Monroe. I got back into riding when I lived in Rochester - more so when I moved out to Canandaigua. Way overweight and the office guys dragged me and my 30 lb trek &quot;mountain&quot; bike to Hi-Tor in Naples. I was hooked... again.

I do miss Roc every now and again. First place was on Laburnam Crescent. Loved walking up to the reservoir and heading to the Little Theater, eating at Aja, and a beer at the Bug Jar.

Good memories, for sure. Keep up the blog - I enjoy it!
