I've got a Walz cap. Black wool with the ear flaps. Nice, I like it. The flap covers my ears which makes it nice and practical. And when I go into the bar, I fold the flap away and still look cool. I recommend.

As the only current vegan on Team RocBike, I felt it my duty to ask if there are plans to offer the ear flap caps in fleece. Indeed, they plan to offer fleece versions in January.

But get this - the wool that they do buy does not come from sheep subjected to the brutal practice of Mulesing. Walz is a company that has definitely thought things through.

I might have to try one of those 'ear flap caps' this winter. After seeing them in Bicycling I've been yearning for one!
