		<description>Great photos (love that churning river), a beautiful day, and a bracing ride! It doesn&#039;t get better than that. Except, of course, when you avoid even a near-collision. (Glad to hear that you escaped with only a scrape and a scare.) Yes, that swoop under the Veterans Bridge can be hazardous. Sometimes, especially if I want to go faster, and if the traffic isn&#039;t too crazy, I take the roadway under the bridge instead of the trail.</description>
