I really would like a handlebar set up like yours, but I am not that mechanically inclined so if it was difficult I would probably have to dish out the cash and have a shop do it for me. Any advice? I do like being able to lean farther forward, which is not exactly aerodynamic, but it's better than nothing. I can get quite a few hand positions and some good pulling ability when climbing hills. I know you have probably been told that, but I'm honestly curious. I like my trekking bars but in the normal configuration the brake levers and shifter put me in too upright of a position, maybe turning them around like you show is the answer.
