		<description>I had the same problem at the RG&amp;E bridge, except that I was coming from the other way and just  passed a sketchy looking guy on the way down the hill who just stood there and stared me down while I passed.  I thought, good thing I&#039;m going fast.  It was then that i saw the locked gate and realized I had to double back, this time going uphill.  It got my heart rate up!
FYI, they are supposed to clean up and old rail line that parallels St Paul to Seneca Park Zoo.  I don&#039;t know if that&#039;s done, but if it is, it would be a great way to get to Kodak Park area, utilizing the pedestrian bridge at the zoo.</description>
