I'd say three miles and four figure-eights should do it. You can also check out your LBS for a Pearl Izumi hair shirt. They're usually kept in the inner sanctum (double secret storeroom) with the self-torture devices (e.g. undersized saddles). Enjoy! For me. Single digits temperatures are doing me in. Every night I look out at the "clear" streets and decide to ride to work tomorrow. But then I get up in the morning and it's 9, or 2 degrees, and a part of my soul dies. Tonight it's supposed to start snowing. Big time. I'm hoping it's cleared up by Friday for the ride. Hopefully, though, things will get better and we can all get out there and have some fun again. It has been difficult this month to ride. For me. Single digits temperatures are doing me in.
