I just wanted to add some more Rochester bike news that I thought would have been covered already here at Rocbike: Late tuesday night the Monroe county legislature voted to pass the Tryon/West Bay park Master Plan. I think this is a great victory for local cycling enthusiasts. I understand the reservations the opposition had, but I feel confident that the off road cyclists will assuage those concerns through their sustainable stewardship of the trails.
