He must have fast buses. I am faster on my bike than RTS buses over my 10 mile commute.

he says assuming the bike is 8mph. I have to be half asleep or going up a very big hill to go that slow.
Plus, our buses never arrive quite on time. :) The up-side is that they’ll generally wait for you if you run after them, or stop for you if you flag them down at a non-stop.

I’ve always found the bike to faster door to door than a bus ever could be. But the rack on the bus makes it possible to get where you’re going without being sweaty and then home on your own time.
